One on One Coaching Sessions & Mentoring Sessions

As at 31st March 2023 

1.     Introduction and Overview

1.1. NeuroEnergetics (Business) is a business providing mindset coaching, mentoring and meditation services that is operated by Marianne Holzheimer.

1.2. The Business operates a number of different programs, including:

1.2.1. A coaching program (Coaching Program); and

1.2.2. A mentoring program for allied health practitioners (Allied Health Mentoring Program).

1.3. These Programs may be delivered in a number of ways, including a once-off coaching/mentoring session, and in packages of multiple sessions.

2.     The Programs – Description & Fees

2.1. Both the Coaching Program and the Allied Health Mentoring Program are provided through one-on-one sessions, which can be purchased:

2.1.1. Individually for a 60-90 minute session - $275

2.1.2. As a package of three 60-90 minute sessions - $785

2.1.3. As a package of six 60-90 minute sessions - $1,520

2.2. Sessions are bespoke offerings and will be tailored to individual participants, depending on their needs. Marianne will work with each individual to determine what training may be provided during a session.

2.3. The Coaching Program is designed for individuals who are who are looking to receive assistance in relation to their mindset and wellbeing. Marianne will work with you to determine how best to assist you in achieving your goals. This may involve,

2.3.1. Identifying limiting beliefs and emotions and creating more supportive beliefs that will align to the goals of the individual

2.4. The Allied Health Mentoring Program is designed for allied health practitioners who are looking to receive assistance in relation to their practice. Marianne will work with you to determine how best to assist you in achieving your goals.

2.5. The fee for each session is paid in advance when the session is booked through NeuroEnergetics’ online booking platform.

3.     Session Usage, Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Pre-booked one-on-one sessions may be rescheduled by you up to 48 hours prior to the session time without penalty, otherwise that session will be forfeited.

3.2. The provision of any refund for an unused session is at the sole discretion of Marianne Holzheimer.

3.3. For packages of 3 sessions, all sessions must be booked and used within 2 months of payment. For packages of 6 sessions, all sessions must be booked and used within 4 months of payment.

3.4. No session may be transferred to another person.

4.     Relationship with The Business and The Programs

4.1. While Marianne Holzheimer is a registered psychologist, the Programs offered by the Business is not a psychology service.

4.2. By consenting to participate in either Program, Clients acknowledge that they are not receiving psychological services from Marianne.

4.3. If in the course of participating in either Program, issues arise which in Marianne’s professional opinion is beyond the scope of the particular Program, you may be advised to see your GP and obtain a referral to consult with an appropriate clinician. 

4.4. The Programs will often involve working on personal matters, including some matters that can be sensitive. If you have a history of mental illness or have experienced symptoms of psychosis, spiritual emergence or spiritual emergency, you are required to consult with your health care provider and obtain medical clearance before participating in the program.

4.5. Entry into either Program is at Marianne’s discretion. After commencing either Program, Marianne may at any time and in her sole discretion, cease providing services to you if Marianne considers it appropriate to do so.

4.6. In the event of termination of your participation in the Program on this basis, a refund of the participant’s fees for any unused sessions may be provided is at Marianne’s sole discretion.

4.7. Marianne otherwise reserves the right to withhold the fee for unused sessions, as set out in clause 3 above.

5.      Information is Not Legal, Financial or Health Advice

5.1. Information and content provided to participants throughout the course of either Program, provided by the Business and its facilitators, does not constitute legal, financial or health advice, and is provided for information only. It should not be relied upon as constituting legal, financial or health advice (either general or specific).

5.2. You should seek independent legal advice, financial advice or other professional advice in relation to any particular matters you or your organisation may have.

6.     Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

6.1. As part of your participation in either Program, the Business needs to collect and record information from you.

6.2. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available on our website. We request you read and acknowledge your understanding of that policy,prior to signing this document.

7.      Intellectual Property

7.1. All materials provided to you as part of the facilitation of either Program are the property of the Business and may not be duplicated, copied, reproduced, published, distributed or displayed in any form without the prior express written permission of the Business.

7.2. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on any materials provided as part of the Program or Program Content under this Agreement are protected by Australian and International copyright and intellectual Property laws.

8.     Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Business is not responsible to you or anyone else for any loss suffered in connection with engagement in either Program, including use of its content.

8.2. The Business makes no warranties or representations about either Program or the content provided.

8.3. We exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, any liability which may arise as a result of participation in either Program or use of content. 

8.4. Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability incurred by use in relation to participation in the Program is limited to the extent provided for by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss.

8.5. By engaging in either Program, you agree that you:

8.5.1. Will continue to engage with your treating practitioners, particularly in relation to the exacerbation of any symptoms that may occur as a result of the work done in the Programs;

8.5.2. Are aware that the Business and the Programs are not health or psychology services, and that you are not being provided with health or psychology treatment.

9.     Severability

9.1. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid by a Court, then the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

10.   Consent to participation in the Program

10.1. I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document, and I acknowledge the following:

10.1.1. NeuroEnergetics provides coaching and mentoring services. Although Marianne Holzheimer is a registered psychologist, this is not a psychological service. I will not be receiving psychological services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participating in either Program.
